Convert DVD Video to AC3

How can I convert DVD video for AC3 then? Click the upper Browse... button on DVD video to AC3 converter to select your DVD-ROM for input to convert DVD files to AC3. You can also click this button to Open VIDEO_TS Folder in your PC for input or Open IFO in the VIDEO_TS folder for input.
