Convert MPEG Files to VOB

Click the upper Browse... button for the MPEG file which you'd like to convert. Browse for the MPEG file in the opened Windows Explorer Window and click Open button next to the filename of the Windows Explorer Window to load the MPEG file for File Converter MPEG to VOB. There can be 99 titles and 10 parts, although vts_XX_0.vob does not contain any video, usually just menu or navigational information. You can find them on a DVD tsie disc in a subdirectory labelled VIDEO_TS.
