Convert VOB files to 3G2

VOB stands for DVD Video OBject. The VOB file is one of the core files found on DVD-Video discs and contains multiplexed Dolby Digital audio (normally AC3 format) and MPEG-2 video. There can be 99 titles and 10 parts, although vts_XX_0.vob does not contain any video, usually just menu or navigational information.
